### 常见问题
#### 无法使用
**如果您是新用户，请排查以下问题：**
1、电脑端需要删除360 腾讯管家等国产杀毒软件（国产安全软件会屏蔽掉VPN软件）\
2、可尝试关闭防火墙，重启电脑后，右键点击香蕉加速图标，管理员模式运行\
3、谷歌浏览器 chrome 无痕模式测试下（腾讯、百度、 360等国产浏览器，会自动屏蔽海外网址）\
4、设置电脑时间北京时间即可\
5、打开ie浏览器，选择=> 设置 =>连接=> 代理设置 把代理的选项钩上即可
**如果您是老用户突然无法登陆或者使用，请排查以下问题：**
1.公司网络可能有vpn或者代理，可能会冲突，您可以尝试用电脑连接手机热点测试能否正常访问；\
2.请检查360腾讯管家等安全软件是否卸载，可能自动升级，或者windows自带防火墙的升级，关闭后，重启电脑，右键香蕉加速，管理员模式运行即可\
3.确认没有同时开启其他VPN网络代理；\
4.尝试chrome无痕模式（如装了代理插件会影响使用）\
5.检查进程中如多个香蕉加速进程，需全关闭后重启电脑打开或重装；\
6.电脑时间需要是北京时间，自动同步服务器时间。
### 无法安装
如安装到一半卡度条，请设置→控制面板→应用安装及卸载→香蕉加速，卸载后重装即可解决。注意：一定要从控制面板中卸载。如果无法解决，请检查防火墙设置，电脑是否开启管理员模式，360等杀毒软件是否清理干净等问题。删除后重启电脑后，继续操作即可。
### 智能代理和全局代理的区别
智能代理：主要针对大陆用户，开启时将近针对国外网络进行加速，国内网络不变。
全局代理：无论国内外网络均绕路香蕉加速服务器进行代理。
注意：开启全局代理时可能会出现国内部分网站或软件无法加载的情况。\
